The Motiv Fitness Tracking Ring will basically tell you what’s wrong with you. They track your resting heart rate and your daily fitness patterns to get an overall sense of how your heart and overall health is.

It syncs up wirelessly to your smartphone where it will also show you your daily movements, deducing sleep, steps and active cardio sessions. The battery lasts about three days, and it only takes about an hour to charge.

I think Beth Skwarecki reviewed it the best when she said

“The Motiv ring doesn’t nag you. It doesn’t over-analyze. It just tells you when you slept, how your resting heart rate is doing, and with a little help it can keep track of how much you exercise.

That’s really all the data you can rely on from a fitness tracker, anyway. Tracking heart rate accurately would be nice, but it wouldn’t change my motivation to exercise or my understanding of my own fitness.”

The rings will run you about $200 online. [AMAZON LINK]
